Background

In an effort to help alleviate some of the apprehension in the decision to utilize a Virtual Assistant, VRSI requires all our Virtual Assistants (VA) to undergo an extensive background check. Where applicable, each VA has obtained a Fingerprint Clearance Card. This card signifies that the Virtual Assistant has passed a state and federal criminal history background check and that their identity has been verified.

Virtual Assistant: Julie

Julie is the President and primary Virtual Assistant (VA) for Virtual Resource Services, Inc (VRSI). She came to the Virtual Assistant (VA) industry after numerous years in the corporate world where she functioned in many capacities including operating a payroll and HR business. During her tenure in the corporate arena Julie developed countless skills and became a firm believer in the phrase “where there is a will there is a way”. She has a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and the drive to complete any project she undertakes. Julie is a proactive individual who quickly grasps a concept and can see beyond the task at hand. One of Julie’s greatest assets is her ability to solve a problem while having the forte to apply common sense to a complicated situation.

Over the years Julie has worked in almost all facets of business operations and has become a “Jack of all trades”. She has done everything from simple clerical work, to fixing office equipment, to running LAN line, to performing more complex accounting functions and business administration. She has the ability to operate most any computer program and is well versed in the latest technologies.

On a more personal note; Julie was born and raised in Michigan and currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband of nineteen years and their two sons. She is active in community service and dedicated to building a better tomorrow by educating the children of today. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at a local school, reading, and learning new computer programs.
