Terms and Conditions
Service Agreement:
A signed Service Agreement is required prior to establishing a business relationship. The Agreement outlines all details so there is no confusion as to what is expected by both parties.

Illegible or Poor Quality Source Materials
Illegible or poor quality source materials, provided by Client, are subject to an additional fee, paid to VRSI, based on quality of materials.
Errors and Omissions
Final proof reading is the responsibility of Client. Client shall proof all materials prior to acceptance of the delivered work. All errors must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery, or work will be considered accepted. All errors reported within twenty-four (24) hours will be corrected at no additional charges. Additional fees may apply if reported after twenty-four (24) hours.
Estimate vs. Actual Costs
All quoted estimates are provided to the best of our ability after review of Client’s written project request. Final invoices are based on actual project requirements and may change if the scope of the project changes. Difference in excess of 20% will be discussed with Client prior to project completion. All quoted rates will be honored for a period of 30 days. After 30 days rates are subject to change.
Office Services
Invoices for services will be sent via email. All invoices must be paid in full before completed work is sent to the client.
If Client has a monthly retainer, and retainer has been paid for the month, all work will be sent out upon completion. Retainer Clients, will be invoiced on the 1st of the month and payments are net 5 from the date of the invoice.
Per Project
Services
All projects will be given an estimated quote. All quoted
rates will be honored for a period of 30 days. After 30 days
rates are subject to change.
An up-front deposit will be required before work commences. The deposit amounts will depend on the scope of the project, but will be at least a minimum of thirty-five ($35) dollars. Most projects will require a deposit of 50% of the estimated project quote.

All fees for services
performed are billed in real time with a one (1) hour minimum per
invoice.
Detailed time records are available upon request. |

There is a fee for returned checks in the
amount of $30.00. |

|
|
There is a fee imposed for late payment. This
fee is 5% ($2 minimum) of the outstanding balance. |
|
|
|
Outstanding invoices will result in loss of service until clients account is settled in full. |
